“Family is our Fastener” – A Message from Our Family to Yours: As our personal and professional communities face the challenges of COVID-19, nothing is more important than the health and safety of our employees and our partners. The impact and uncertainty created by this virus has touched us all and we would like to be transparent about our business practices during this time.
NOTICE: NEW JERSEY EXECUTIVE ORDER #107 & 108: Effective March 21, 2020 at 5 PM The State of New Jersey enacted a Stay at Home Order. Industrial Rivet and Fastener will continue to operate during this order as an Essential Business Operation under Executive Order 2020-10 as we are engaged in the manufacture, distribution and logistics of critical products to American infrastructure. We will proudly continue to follow guidelines from the states in which we operate.
INTERNAL POLICY CHANGES: As part of our emergency preparedness policy and the States executive order, we have minimized physical contact of personnel by requiring all staff who can function remotely to work from home. At their option, the staff which are necessary to perform duties onsite, will have the right to work. Onsite staff have been requested to follow strict guidelines for social distancing, respiratory etiquette and hand hygiene. Cleaning and sanitizing schedules have been enhanced to multiple times daily.
WHAT POLICIES HAVEN’T CHANGED: The RivetKing® community is tightly knit, growing even stronger over the course of more than 108 years of working closely together under the premise “Family is our Fastener”. I would like to provide assurance that Industrial Rivet and Fastener is committed to the health and safety of our employees and our partners. Though we all face challenges under the circumstances, Industrial Rivet will strive to ensure that our products and support are available to you during this time. We have taken diligent steps to make certain that our supply is intact, and we continue to service the needs of distributors and their customers nationwide.
Industrial Rivet has continuously invested in our production facilities and finished goods inventory across all regions with localized inventory at any one of our 9 warehouse locations designed to protect against fluctuations in the market.
