The expo, held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, brought together leading fastener manufacturers and distributors from across the industry — and Industrial Rivet’s booth stood out from the crowd.

The centerpiece of the booth was the ROBORIV FreeSet® tool mounted on a robotic arm — one of the most talked-about new products at the show. The ROBORIV is designed for fully automatic applications, capable of setting rivet nuts while simultaneously providing process monitoring through FreeSet® technology. Its poka-yoke, or mistake-proofing, design ensures rivet nuts are set correctly every single time — a major advantage for high-volume production environments.
Also featured were two other flagship RivetKing® innovations: the KingSet® autofeed blind riveting system, which allows operators to align workpiece holes with one hand while riveting with the other for faster and more efficient assemblies, and the FreeSet® handheld tool series for blind rivets, rivet nuts, and lock bolts. Controller units enabling integration with advanced data collection systems rounded out the technology showcase.
