RK-8000 Series

MODULAR DESIGN AND A CARRY CASE – MAINTAINED BY USERS.
The proven RK-8000 series was designed on a modular platform which allows for backwards compatibility across revisions. The three models have many interchangeable parts and there is quick access to the internal components. The long stroke ensures the rivet is set in one shot. The vacuum mandrel collection system is adjustable to help reduce the load on shop compressors. The tool comes in a blow molded case with organizational foam inserts for companies developing 5-S strategies. All tools are serialized for tracking. This series can be supported in-house with the provided tool kit or with standard tools available in any maintenance department.

The RK-8000 Series is the best choice for demanding, high volume production-oriented environments. Triple jaws, and vacuum mandrel collection comes standard. The RK-8000S is perfect for 1/8” diameter rivets, while the RK-8000M is best for 3/16” and 5/32”. For extended grip or structural rivet applications, the RK-8000LS is suggested. The RK-8000LS is designed with an extra long stroke to ensure that the rivet is applied and the mandrel is withdrawn completely from the rivet in nearly any grip range.
